We are in search of a dynamic Technical Solar Sales Consultant to join our rapidly growing team of professionals at Sustainable Online.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Providing customers with information on various solar systems and equipment available
- Understanding the customer's solar system requirements
- Suggesting solar energy products that suit the customer’s needs and budget
- Providing customers with accurate order details and quotes
- Communicating shipping charges and other tax related information to the customers
- Following up with customers about their order requirements
- Informing customers about any promotional offers
- A team player willing to grow and learn in this fast-paced environment
Desired Experience & Qualifications
- Complete knowledge of various solar equipment and products
- Solar system design experience
- Knowledge of electrical standards
- E-commerce and/or CRM experience will be advantageous
- Computer Literacy is non-negotiable
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Good time management and organisational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Highly self-motivated and hardworking
- 4 – 6 years strong, sales experience
- 3 years+ solar experience
We are looking for someone to start as soon as possible. Salary is negotiable and will be based on experience.
