The purpose of the Digital Products Coordinator and Marketing Specialist is to accurately capture and manage product images, media, and data on our webstore to ensure high-quality customer-facing product information. This role drives online traffic, promotes product discovery and sales and supports marketing efforts to enhance our product and brand presence.

Minimum Requirements:

  •    A minimum of 2 years’ experience in digital product data capturing, digital marketing, or similar role, preferably within an e-commerce environment.
  •    Hands-on experience with Content Management Systems (e.g., Shopify) and graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva).
  •    Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.
  •    Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  •    Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
  •    Self-motivated and able to work independently and collaboratively.
  •    Experience in the Solar Industry is an advantage.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  •    Enrich digital products with high-quality images, media and descriptions.
  •    Create and manage product catalogues and ensure accurate, regular pricing updates.
  •    Assign relevant product attributes to enhance discoverability.
  •    Manage social media accounts, design graphics and oversee all required artwork.
  •    Design and manage email campaigns and landing pages for the e-commerce store.
  •    Manage SEO efforts and Google Adverts and measure campaign effectiveness.
  •    Collaborate with vendors/suppliers to ensure consistent product data.
  •    Perform regular performance analysis of marketing efforts.
  •    Maintain and update product content and correct any discrepancies.
  •    Support the development of SOPs and manage content lifecycle from creation to deletion.

  •    Strong writing, editing and proofreading skills.
  •    Good problem-solving skills and the ability to balance creative and analytical tasks.
  •    Motivated self-starter with good energy and drive.
  •    Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  •    Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  •    Curious and open to learning new trends and platforms.
  •    Strong analytical skills to measure and report on campaign effectiveness.

Salary: Market-related (based on experience).
