The Kestrel Charge Controller Type 0102/800 maintains a constant charging voltage at all times. An internal jumper programmes the output voltage energy during charging. No switching between the battery and load resistor occurs.
The Kestrel Charge Controller Type 0102/800 is dynamic in operation and absorbs all of the unwanted charge to float a battery and supply the load at all times. Wiring is simple, two wires in from the turbine and two wires out to the battery.
The Kestrel Charge Controller Type 0102/800 has been fully tested at an independent laboratory and complies with EMC requirements for use in telecommunication installations.
