What Makes Grid Tie Limiters a Great Idea

    Can you only use this GTI with prepaid installations?

    3 phase without prepaid?
    Single phase without prepaid?

    Will it not be better to fit a bidirectional meter and have the meter clock up some credit units?

    I'm looking at using micro inverters instead of a centralized type system. The problem is however in limiting/blocking them feeding excess energy into the grid. How will I be able to accomplish this?

      Ewart, you would require micro-inverters with the function to limit export. Many of the centralised grid inverters have this function built-in.
