I’m hoping to build a large underground ‘root cellar’ which requires no eskom to keep tons of fruit cool – but fruit needs lots of air circulation to dispel the gasses that build up. Any engineers out there who might help design a root cellar cabable of sucking in lots of (summer) air while staying cool?
